The Marina in Sparks is special. No where else in the city can you sail, swim and just enjoy the view. My place is close to great restaurants, high end outlet mall, luxury IMAX movie theater and family-friendly activities. The 2 mile walking path around the lake and dog park are added bonuses. Enjoy the Kayak and the billiard table provided by host. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups. House is not suitable for handicap as it has stairs to access bedrooms and bathroom. 7' pool table, two large smart TV's (Living room and Master bedroom), Kayak and board games available. Kitchen supplies including pots, pans, plates, cooking utensils, kcup coffee machine (caffeine provided), glasses and mugs up to 15 guests.
